NSV- Motorcycle Gear

NSV- This morning my husband and I decided to go out on a motorcycle ride and stop for breakfast along the way. We always dress in full gear, and last summer my riding pants were so tight, it was hard getting on and off my bike. I remember one time when we stopped at Panera Bread to eat and I was miserable sitting there in my Olympia pants. Over the winter, I could not even get them snapped, so I started wearing jeans to ride when the weather permitted. (Something that is a no-no for me and my husband) So, this morning I decided to try my riding pants on to see if they fit any better. Much to my surprise, not only did they fit, I could snap the pants using the tightest button and zip them up with no problem. I could not even do this when I first bought them! Not only did my pants fit better, but my boots fit better on my calves. From the time I bought them, I could only zip them close to the top, but not all the way up, and I could never pull the velcro closure all the way over. Today I could zip them up to the top and close them all the way. To say that I was excited about this would be an understatement. I know I probably got on my husband’s nerves because I talked about it throughout our ride. 😁

This post is for those who don’t give up, even when the scale doesn’t seem to budge for weeks on end. This post is for those who journal every crumb they put in their mouth, the good and the bad. This post is for those of you are afraid to eat real food because you fear you will not loose weight, because guess what? You can! This post is for those who believe that this is not only a lifestyle change, but a mindset change. And lastly, this post if for me to look back on so I can encourage myself and others along the way, for when things don’t always go the way you think they will. Getting a peloton bike was one of the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. Truly now, I have no more excuses of why I can’t exercise because of getting out of work too late to make it to spin class or ride my bike on a trail. I believe that having this bike is part of the reasons for the results you read above. I also do WW and try to be mindful of what I eat.

Keep on keeping on!! You got this!!!👊🏼💪🏻🤙🏻
